This week across the whole island of Ireland it was Maths Week. We took part in lots of maths challenges throughout the week but we had some favourites!
We had our Times Table Rockstars battle from Tuesday to Thursday which saw us compete against over 5000 other schools and at one stage we were 41st on the leaderboard!! Just brilliant!
We completed the 24 game which the children absolutely loved! Some of their combinations were impressive and they are hoping a competition comes up soon so they can enter.
We then finished the week with Sudoku and once the children knew there were homework passes up for grabs they really got into it. It was amazing how quickly they picked up the rules of the puzzle! We’ll done to Conleth, Logan and Dawid who earned the homework passes.
