Mrs Duggan’s classroom of poets 🤩

I was blown away by the imagination and participation in today’s lesson on poetry. We studied a variety of images of oceans linked to our ‘Titanic’ topic and brainstormed adjectives, nouns and verbs based on this stimuli.

The children then used the ‘helping hand’ strategy which they’ll be able to show you to create their own poem based on the images.

We had poems on oceans, sea creatures, Titanic, icebergs, beaches and many more!
